Western Cape presents new provincial roads delivery model to municipalities [SOUND]

# The Western Cape Government has begun presenting its New Provincial Roads Delivery Model to district municipalities. The model offers a shift toward better governance, financial accountability, and excellent service delivery. Infrastructure MEC Tertuis Simmers started engagements in the Garden Route District Municipality on Tuesday.
