#Western Cape police are investigating two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder in Portlands, Mitchells Plain. Police spokesperson, Frederick Van Wyk says this followed a shooting incident on Friday night at a premises in San Francisco Street, where two males aged 21 and 22 were shot and fatally wounded and a 26-year-old shot and injured.
