A yellow level 2 warning has been issued for severe thunderstorms in the central Northern Cape, bringing strong winds, hail, lightning and possible flooding. Gauteng will be partly cloudy and warm with a high UV index, while other provinces can expect isolated showers and thundershowers in places.
