# The United Progressive People Alliance has strongly condemned the removal and destruction of its election posters in Soshanguve, Tshwane. An ANC member has been arrested in connection with this incident and is set to appear in the Soshanguve Magistrate’s Court today. The alliance’s spokesperson Abel Tau says the Electoral Commission must take note of such incidents and apply the electoral rules to ensure that all political parties have a fair opportunity to campaign:
