Upcoming property auction to unlock private sector investment in Cape Town [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town will host its latest property auction on the 29th of this month, offering a selection of residential, industrial and commercial sites across the metro. The 13 City-owned properties that will be auctioned consist of eleven improved properties and two vacant properties. The areas include Constantia, Philippi, Woodstock, Gardens, Maitland, Khayelitsha, Vredehoek and Kraaifontein.
