UDM asks urgent inquiry into killing of student at Walter Sisulu University [SOUND]

The UDM wants the South African Human Rights Commission to urgently launch an independent investigation into the killing of the Walter Sisulu University student, Sisonke Mbolekwa, at the Mthatha campus in the Eastern Cape. The party says Mbolekwa was allegedly shot and killed by acting residence manager, Manelisi Mampane, during a student protest in April this year. The UDM’s Yongama Zigebe says Mampane was granted bail of ten-thousand-rand by the Mthatha Magistrate’s Court and the incident has sparked national outrage:
