# Two suspected ATM bombers have been fatally shot during a police shoot-out in Lenasia, Johannesburg. The suspects were wanted for several ATM bombings and other serious crimes in Gauteng and neighbouring provinces. According to major-general Nonkululeko Phokane the operation was crime intelligence-led, involving multiple law enforcement units. An unspecified number of suspects were wounded.
