Tshwane wins interdict to stop North West Housing Corporation from auctioning city’s properties [SOUND]

# The City of Tshwane says it has successfully interdicted the North West Housing Corporation from auctioning the city’s properties in Mabopane, north of the city. The city’s spokesperson, Selby Bokaba says the city approached the Pretoria High Court following the NWHC’s advertisement of a bulk sale of more than 400 mixed use properties which were to be disposed of through an online auction:
