# The City of Tshwane says it is closely monitoring the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Plant following major repairs to its second high-lift pump. The plant is currently producing around 24 megalitres of water per day, marking a significant improvement in its production capacity. The metro’s spokesperson, Lindela Mashigo, says the pump is monitored, particularly for its operating temperature. He adds that work is continuing to reinstate the plant’s third pump:
