# The City of Tshwane will embark on a series of roadshows and lottery selection processes this week, as part of its Expanded Public Works Programme. The metro says the aim is to ensure that communities have access to available opportunities and that the recruitment process is conducted in a structured, transparent and equitable manner. It adds that the EPWP remains an important intervention through which it creates temporary work opportunities while providing residents with valuable work experience and skills development.
