# The City of Tshwane has partnered with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research to strengthen evidence-based decision-making and improve service delivery. Reliable data and integrated information systems will identify service delivery problems earlier, improve coordination and strengthen accountability. The metro says an enterprise data and analytics platform will support its Service Delivery War Room by tracking problems, monitoring interventions and assigning responsibility for resolving them. It adds that this is part of building a transparent and accountable Tshwane.
