# Tshwane mayor Nasiphi Moya has welcomed the inauguration of professor Francis Petersen as the vice-chancellor of the University of Pretoria. Petersen was officially inaugurated on Friday at a ceremony held at the university in Hatfield after he was appointed in October last year.
