Tshwane launches outreach to assist residents with billing issues

# The City of Tshwane’s Group Financial Services will host an outreach programme in Region 1 to help residents resolve municipal account issues and improve service delivery. This initiative forms part of the metro’s commitment to accessible and responsive customer service. The sessions will cover billing enquiries, meter readings, indigent support, property rates, and payment arrangements. The programme is expected to run from June 2nd to the 27th. Venues include Falala Hall, Tsarogaphoka Primary, Soshanguve High, and others.
