Tshwane invites comment on proposed Problem Building by-law [SOUND]

# The City of Tshwane is inviting residents to comment on the proposed Problem Building by-law, which will allow court-appointed administrators to manage invaded buildings and recover costs. The provision of this by-law applies to all categories of buildings and properties within the jurisdiction and geographical area of the metro.
