Transport Committee calls on entities in transport sector to replicate Transnet and ACSA achievements [SOUND]

# Parliament’s portfolio committee on Transport has called on entities in the transport sector to seek to replicate the achievements of Transnet and the Airports Company of South Africa in the coming financial year. Transnet achieved a 4.6-billion-rand profit for the financial year ending 31 March 2026, a strong recovery from last year’s 1.9-billion-rand loss. ACSA posted a 1.2-billion-rand profit for the financial year ending March 2026.
