Three City Power officials arrested in Johannesburg [SOUND]

# Three City Power employees were arrested in Lenasia, Johannesburg, while attempting to flee the scene with 840 pieces of stolen copper tubing worth 200-thousand-rand stashed inside a disguised box in a company car. City Power security workers spotted the theft during a routine checkpoint inspection.
