# The City of Tshwane says the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Plant is currently operating at a reduced production capacity. This is due to deteriorated raw water quality resulting from high turbidity following the recent heavy rainfall. The metro’s spokesperson, Lindela Mashigo, says full production will resume once the raw water quality improves to acceptable levels for treatment:
