# The City of Cape Town and the national Departments of Home Affairs and Public Works are jointly seeking a Western Cape High Court eviction order. This is for the over 360 remaining foreign nationals unlawfully occupying two sites at Wingfield and Paint City in Bellville. Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis says the foreign nationals have turned down various support offers, including reintegration and repatriation assistance:
