# Six more individuals have appeared in the Kimberley Magistrate’s Court, Northern Cape, in connection with the alleged corruption linked to the long-delayed Kimberley Mental Hospital project. Among them are former senior officials Motlalepula Elias Selemela and Ruth Palm, both accused of authorising irregular payments. According to NPA regional spokesperson, Mojalefa Senokoatsane, the four co-accused directors are alleged to have facilitated 51-million-rand in unlawful payments to companies without valid contracts:
