# Suspended Crime Detection deputy national police commissioner, Shadrack Sibiya, has denied any corrupt links to tenderpreneurs Vusumuzi “Cat” Matlala and Brown Mogotsi. Speaking before Parliament’s ad hoc committee, Sibiya said his interactions with both men were limited and strictly professional. He dismissed claims that Mogotsi arranged meetings between him and Police minister Senzo Mchunu, insisting that no outside person could coordinate such meetings:
