# The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed that the appointment of senior counsel Paul Pretorius under Section 38 of the NPA Act is at an advanced stage. The Investigating Directorate Against Corruption is finalising the process to boost its handling of state capture cases from the Zondo Commission report.
