# The Tshwane Metro Police Department Task Team Unit intercepted and impounded a scholar transport minibus for overloading and operating without a permit on R80 Mabopane Highway at Theo Martins Poort. The scholar transport vehicle was stopped during a routine patrol yesterday. TMPD’s spokesperson, Puleng Motholo, says upon inspection, it was found that the vehicle certified to carry 14 passengers was transporting 34 school pupils without the necessary permit to operate:
