# SAPS Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo was honoured at the launch of South Africa’s new National Centre for Intelligence Coordination this week. Minister in the presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, presented him with a commemorative coin, recognising his role in exposing alleged criminal networks. Khumalo, who testified at the Madlanga Commission, is now among officials tasked with unifying intelligence streams to strengthen national security and improve coordinated responses to threats.
