SADTU says school governing bodies must demand the implementation of the Bela Act regulations [SOUND]

# The South African Democratic Teachers’ Union reiterated its calls on all its members who serve in the school governing bodies across the country to ignore the unlawful guidelines for the implementation of the Basic Education Laws Amendment Act. This follows after Basic Education minister Siviwe Gwarube released implementation guidelines on school languages and admissions. Sadtu’s spokesperson, Nomusa Cembi, says school governing bodies must demand the implementation of the BELA regulations:
