# Rugby: Defending champions South Africa made a massive statement in Pool A with runaway victory of 104 – 7 against Uruguay in their opening match of the Junior World Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia last night. The Junior Boks scored 16 tries with Risima Khosa and Jordan Steenkamp leading the onslaught with three tries each. Other players scoring tries include Markus Muller, Ethan Adams, Khuthadzo Rasivhaga, Cheswill Jooste, and Jayden Brits. South Africa’s next match is against the tournament hosts, Georgia, on Thursday, 2nd July.
