# The Road Traffic Management Corporation says young people remain among the most vulnerable road users, with those aged between 20 and 39-years accounting for more than half of all road fatalities. The corporation warns inexperience, speeding, distraction, and driving under the influence continue to drive high crash rates, especially as winter conditions bring wet roads, poor visibility, and longer stopping distances.
