# As two cold fronts with wet and heavy rainfall are expected in the Western Cape from today and Monday, the Mobility Department in the province is appealing to all road users to exercise extra caution during this period and to avoid unnecessary travel where possible. The provincial Traffic Management spokesperson, Maxine Bezuidenhout, says strong winds can also affect vehicle control, and drivers must remain alert at all times. She says pedestrians should ensure visibility by wearing bright or reflective clothing:
