# Tshwane mayor Nasiphi Moya says residents of Centurion and surrounding areas will get power restoration today. Large parts of Centurion have been without electricity since an explosion occurred at the Brakfontein Substation last week. The mayor’s spokesperson, Zintle Mahlati, says technicians have done extensive repairs to the substation:
