# The Southern Africa Network for Immigrants and Refugees has strongly condemned recent xenophobic violence in Addo, in the Eastern Cape, where three foreign nationals were killed in suspected revenge attacks following the death of a local young man. The organisation’s Claude Kayitare says over 430 people have been displaced and more than 20 injured, including women and children now sheltering in local churches and schools:
