# Rand Water says it will continue to monitor its water systems following the completion of its final phase maintenance project on the 02 pipeline leak. Rand Water spokesperson, Makenosi Maroo says once maintenance is completed, the water supply system will take time to recover and build capacity, and water supply will not be restored immediately. She says low-lying areas will recover first, while high-lying areas may experience longer delays:
