# The Public Servants Association welcomes the plan to renovate Bedford Orthopaedic Hospital in Mthatha, in the Eastern Cape. The project will be carried out in partnership with the Road Accident Fund and other stakeholders. The union says the hospital has long suffered from crumbling infrastructure, overcrowded wards, and outdated equipment.
