# The Public Servants Association is calling for full transparency and accountability after fraud was uncovered in the Mpumalanga Education Department’s housing allowance system. This follows the suspension of two officials linked to irregular payments made between July and November last year. The association’s Pamela Letebele says everyone who knowingly benefited from the scheme must be held accountable, no matter their position.
