# The Public Servants Association is saddened by the death of a mental health patient at Philadelphia Hospital in Limpopo after an attack by another patient. The aggressor assaulted staff and a fellow patient, leading to the latter’s death. Security and police intervention failed until the aggressor was shot in the leg.
