PSA blames staff shortages for service delivery crisis at Rob Ferreira Hospital

# The Public Servants Association says service delivery at Rob Ferreira Hospital in Mbombela, in Mpumalanga, is under severe pressure because of staff shortages. The union says patients are waiting up to five hours to collect files and another three to four hours at the pharmacy. The association’s Phumzile Zulu calls for urgent recruitment of administrative and pharmacy staff, as well as better queue management to improve patient care.
