# The Public Servants Association has applauded the Transport Department on achieving a clean audit outcome for the 2024/2025 financial year. This is the first time it has achieved a clean audit in 31-years. The Auditor General’s findings revealed, amongst others, the timely submission of annual financial statements, strong internal controls and financial management processes. PSA’s spokesperson, Claude Naiker, says this is a benchmark for other departments and entities to emulate:
