# The Hatfield Magistrate’s Court denied bail to parolee Thabo Enoch Theletsane, who is accused of fraud and impersonating former Hawks head Godfrey Lebeya. The 41-year-old is facing charges of fraud and impersonation. National Prosecuting Authority’s spokesperson, Lumka Mahanjana, says Theletsane impersonated Lebeya by defrauding victims. She says the case has been postponed to September for transfer to the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court:
