Over 700 wanted suspects arrested as part of Operation Shanela 2 in Gauteng [SOUND]

# Gauteng police arrested 777 suspects who have been on the run as part of Operation Shanela 2 over the weekend. Police spokesperson, Mavela Masondo, says 255 of these wanted suspects were apprehended in the Tshwane District alone. He says as part of the operation, 265 other suspects were arrested as police embarked on roadblocks, stop-and-searches, as well as compliance checks on liquor outlets:
