# Operation Shanela in Atteridgeville and Laudium resulted in the arrest of 320 suspects over the weekend. They were apprehended for various criminal offences including murder, armed robbery, rape and gender-based violence. Police spokesperson, Johan van Dyk, says 27 undocumented individuals were also detained and are currently awaiting legal processing for deportation:
