# The National Education, Health and Allied Workers’ Union has condemned the Registrar of Labour Relations intention to cancel the registration of the Public Servants Association of South Africa as a trade union. NEHAWU spokesperson, Lwazi Nkolonzi says the Registrar published a notice in government Gazette following the ruling of the Labour Appeal Court, which raised serious concerns regarding the PSA’s compliance with the requirements of the Labour Relations Act. Nkolonzi says it should never be easy to deregister a trade union:
