# The National School of Government is inviting government departments to enrol public servants in ten compulsory and mandatory programmes approved by Cabinet. The programmes form part of efforts to professionalise the public sector and strengthen service delivery. The courses cover areas including executive induction, ethics and anti-corruption, senior management training and supply chain management. They also focus on deploying managers to the coalface of service delivery to strengthen accountability and improve the delivery of services to communities.
