# Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation minister, Maropene Ramokgopa says the issue of illicit financial flows remains a critical challenge for many countries, especially on the African continent. Ramokgopa was addressing the 3rd G20 Development Working Group Meeting in KwaZulu-Natal.
