Minister Gwarube finding solutions to KZN Education Department’s dire financial crisis [SOUND]

# Basic Education minister Siviwe Gwarube says the financial difficulties faced by the KwaZulu-Natal Education Department are not unique to the province. The provincial government has revealed that its Education Department is in a dire financial situation and urgently needs about 3.4-billion-rand.
