# The ANC secretary-general, Fikile Mbalula, says the minister of Police Senzo Mchunu has not been found guilty or charged by any court of the law in the country. Mchunu was placed on leave of absence after explosive corruption allegations about criminal activities within the police by KwaZulu-Natal provincial police commissioner, Nhlahla Mkhwanazi.
