# EFF leader Julius Malema has criticised National Director of Public Prosecutions, Shamila Batohi, for refusing to name a National Prosecuting Authority prosecutor accused of involvement in organised crime. Batohi told Parliament’s ad hoc committee on police corruption that investigations are underway, but declined to reveal the person’s identity.
