# Madlanga Commission chairperson, retired Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, has ruled that suspended Crime Intelligence deputy head Major-General Feroz Khan’s medical condition must be disclosed. The commission was examining backdated medical reports submitted to explain Khan’s absence from the inquiry today. Madlanga says a ruling similar to that involving North West businessman Sulliman Carrim will apply. Madlanga also says there is currently insufficient evidence to order an independent medical examination:
