The claims emerged from a voice recording played during the bail proceedings of former deputy police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court. Commission spokesperson Jeremy Michaels says no commissioners or evidence leaders have met, spoken to, or communicated with Cabonge:
