# The Madlanga Commission has ruled that dismissed former SAPS Crime Intelligence deputy head, major-general Feroz Khan, will testify in camera on Tuesday. Khan must file his statement relating to that evidence by midday today. The commission says anyone granted access to the proceedings is prohibited from publishing, broadcasting or disseminating recordings of the testimony. Only the commissioners, relevant evidence leaders, representatives of Diale Mogashoa Attorneys and Khan’s legal team will be permitted to attend remotely.
