Limpopo Social Development MEC welcomes the arrest of a teacher sought for the rape of a learner [SOUND]

# Limpopo MEC for Social Development, Florence Radzilani has welcomed the arrest of a 58-year-old teacher accused of raping a 13-year-old learner. The suspect was apprehended and will appear before Mankweng Magistrate’s Court tomorrow. The department’s spokesperson, Joshua Kwapa says the suspect was pursued by the Police’s Family, Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences unit whose preliminary investigation reveal that the victim was allegedly raped several times between November last year and March this year:
