# Limpopo police have confirmed that four inmates and a police officer died this morning after a police van overturned outside Mookgopong in Limpopo. Police spokesperson Hlulani Mashaba says the vehicle was transporting inmates from Mokopane to Mookgopong for a court appearance when the crash occurred. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
