# Lawyers for Human Rights has welcomed the Constitutional Court’s decision allowing inmates to use personal computers in their cells for educational purposes. The court ruled this week that it’s vital for rehabilitation. The declaration of invalidity was suspended for one year to allow policy revisions by Correctional Services.
